If you have ordered your festival passes and have a PayPal receipt, then your eticket should have been sent to your email address.

If it is not in your inbox, then please doublecheck your Spam or Junk folder in case it has landed there by mistake (especially if you have a Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL or Gmail account).
