Heaven 17 set to headline on Sunday at the 2017 Brentwood Festival

1980’s new wave band, Heaven 17, will be headlining Sunday night of the 2017 Brentwood Festival.   Composed of former members of The Human League, the group scored major UK hits with songs like “Temptation”, “Come Live with Me” and “Let Me Go”.

Founding member and keyboardist, Martyn Ware, is considered a musical pioneer for his ground breaking experimentation with early synthesizers.  He will be joined on stage by Heaven 17’s original lead singer, Glenn Gregory.

“Heaven 17’s electro-pop sound really appeals to our core audience.  As a live band, they put on an upbeat performance featuring their own material, 80’s classics and a few Human League songs for good measure.”
